QEP & SACSCOC Reaccreditation
The Quality Enhancement Plan?
A Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is a plan to implement and assess a focused set of initiatives designed to improve student learning or student success across the university. ECU is developing the QEP Go Intercultural! Communicate. Collaborate. Celebrate. as part of the Souther Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Reaffirmation of Accreditation requirements.
While a QEP is a required element of institutional accreditation, it is more than a way for SACSCOC to check up on the university. The QEP is an opportunity to strengthen the education experiences of ECU students. For more QEP information about the selection plan of ECU’s 2023-2028 QEP, please visit IPAR’s QEP website. For more information about the QEP in relationship to reaccreditation, please visit the SACSCOC website.
